It’s not enough to simply develop a strategy and design brand experiences. In addition you have to drive your customers to interact with your brand in unique and effective ways. We help integrate the “Three C’s” of interactive marketing – we help build conversation, develop community, and offer care to your customers on an ongoing basis. It’s not enough to have a good idea, or a good business plan. What matters is what makes you unique and relevant. Through our process, we’ll help you achieve both.
What to Expect
The first step is to get to know you and understand your vision, either in person, over the phone, or perhaps even through video chat. We’ll get to know each other, introduce our philosophies, and find out more about your business’s identity and goals. We’ll follow up with our Brand Brief, a questionnaire that we ask each client to complete. It takes about 20-30 minutes and is essential to developing your brand.
Brand Evaluation & Recommendations
After we’ve had a chance to review your Brand Brief and do some research on our own we’ll put together a basic Brand Evaluation with specific recommendations based on your needs.
We Get to Work
Once we’ve all agreed on the best direction and course of action, we’ll brew up the coffee and get to work. We’ll keep you well informed throughout the process, getting your creative input as we develop the new identity that will help you achieve long-term success for your business.
